One morning in Mubarkiya
New set of photos is added to my gallery from my last visit to Souq Al Mubarkiya (Market). It’s the landmark where all photographers in Kuwait pilgrimage. I know some of them who have been dedicating their time to create a bigger image of this legacy. They’ve been spending a lot of time developing relations with frequent visitors and salesmen. Unlike other places, people there are more camera friendly. Some of them would like to know if you are taking a picture for a newspaper.
I’ve taken those pictures after I was invited by CAP Kuwait to participate in one of there events couple of months ago. They told me that I don’t need to attend their workshop and I can go by myself. So, I did the next day. I haven’t got an objective feedback since then. However, An exhibition of Mubarkiya photos was held (I think) one week ago, and that was a not-so-nice feedback but .. I’ll live
